Bri-Chem Corp. is a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids and steel pipe and piping products to the energy industry. Bri-Chem Corp. sells over 350 different drilling fluid products and is a custom blender of cementing, acidizing and fracturing chemcial additives and distributes and manufacturers carbon steel pipe to the oil and gas fields in Western Canada and the United States. In addition, the Company also distributes these products to non-oilfield related industries such as mining, industrial and construction industries.

We serve our customers through an extensive network of offsite strategically located inventory stocking locations in Canada and the United States.

Shares of Bri-Chem Corp. trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "BRY". With its head office in Acheson, Alberta, Bri-Chem Corp. has five operating subsidiaries. Bri-Chem Supply Ltd., which supplies drilling fluids and chemicals through its distribution network of 15 warehouses. Sodium Solutions Inc. maintains two production facilities and offers customer chemical blending, repackaging, and distribution. Bri-Steel Corporation provides steel pipe, welded and seemless pipe, as well as tubing and casing. Bri-Steel Manufacturing Inc. manufacturers and distributes large diameter seamless pipe ranging in sizes from 14" to 36".  Bri-Chem services the US market place with two subsidiaries, Bri-Chem Supply Corp, LLC distributes drilling fluids in regions of Colorado, Texas, Pennsylvania, Utah, Wyoming and California.  Stryker Transportation Ltd. provides trucking and chemical hauling services throughout the US.  Our focus is to strengthen shareholder value by building on our core values and customer service to increase our presence in the marketplace.
